Finely chop your chocolate and then put it in a heat proof bowl
Put your milk into another heatproof bowl and microwave it in 30 second bursts until simmering hot. Pour it straight over the chocolate once it's warm and then let it sit for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile measure your yogurt into another bowl and add in the maple syrup, I like to start with 1 tbsp and then I add more later if it needs it. Give the yogurt and syrup a good whisk to make sure they're combined and smooth.
Back to the chocolate! Give it a whisk to smooth it out, if there are still some lumps then microwave the mixture for 15 seconds and then whisk it again. Once it's smooth pour it into the yogurt mixture and stir it all together with a spatula.
Taste the mixture. At this point you can add more maple syrup if you want a sweeter mousse or leave it as is. Once you're happy with the sweetness spoon it into two coffee cups or small bowls and place in the fridge for an hour. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt sweetened with syrup on top (As I did) or as is !
