I write recipes that I love to cook (and of course eat). This means that I rarely use bananas (sorry – I can’t stand them). I steer away from anything overly fiddly (unless I’m feeling unusually adventurous). And the vast majority of my recipes are small batch (which makes them perfect for my household of two).
